I did some digging because wow that caption

born 5 weeks premature, 52 pounds at 1 year old, peaked at 5 foot 2 and 707 pounds at 15 years
the pic is about 5:50 in the video and he's 15 about to have surgery he did lose a lot of weight
the only true things in the caption is that's his mother and the picture was taken sometime 2015
