It's a weird comic called Crossed created by Garth Ennis(Preacher, The Punisher, The Boys which was turned into a tv show that isn't garbage like Preacher). People that get infected with the plague that creates the cross shape on their face becomes obsessed with carrying out their most deviant and evil impulses against anyone that isn't infected. They're like sociopathic pervert zombies. It's not very good.
