The artist who drew the Batman: The Dark Prince Charming series. I came across this looking up an image of Harley Quinn from it for the Birds of Prey thread and it made me chuckle. I like his style.
 
Students would actually want to wear their school uniform if they were cute/classically attractive and wearing it in good condition made them feel pride. In that sense it's good for the school's identity. Much more so than sad khakis and polo shirts. It's good to teach kids to dress nicely.
