The barrier is extremely low. You can buy a handful of assets and get set up with ease. A couple of girls, genitals, a setting, and poses, will run you under $100. Then you can just put em all together with simple double clicking. For custom made stuff, you use Maya I think. I haven't gotten there yet. There are assets that allow you to customized features with sliders. That'll cost about $30 I think.

I actually know that one. It was an incel poster on either reddit or the incel site they went to after it was banned I think.
