(Guy who did monster girl encyclopedia has skimmed through edgy fanfics where people are killing literal perfect wives. I'm surprised he hasnt stopped drawing yet and tried to go to war against them. Fucking hilarious seeing the seethe though.)

Biafra's plight it similar to that of Katanga and Congo, more functional African minority tries to break away from less functional majority, international community supports the less functional majority because if they don't, all the decolonized nations they threw together collapse, Africa sorts itself out on tribal lines and likely becomes harder to influence/control and in Biafra's case the Brits are assholes. Katanga's sin was they wanted whites to stay around and help them run things until they could stand on their own feet.
