Agreed. I’ve always liked the theory that Wander isn’t actually Mono’s boyfriend and he’s actually her obsessive stalker trying to bring her back after she’s died because he can’t function without her. When you play the game with that in mind it’s a neat way to shake up the old “going through hell for love” trope.
