Could be both, it's pretty unusual to make major decisions for a single reason.
 
The Alt-Right already has Brittany Venti if you want big boobs and no content. Laci is old and busted, and probably not even an alien like Brittany.

I share your cynicism. Since the Youtube bubble has more or less just popped, people like Laci now need a real job. Ostensibly switching sides to sponge up what money can still be made on YT from drama is a solid short term move.

Wow she looks awful in that video.

She's just like most of the other known talking heads you see on youtube and such, they don't really care about what they are talking about, they are in it for money. Laci is just trying to get in ahead of the curve, and hoping no-one brings up all the shit she used to say. I've already seen a whole bunch of youtube "personalities" start doing it. The fact many of you in this thread are considering she is being truthful, shows that she has a good chance of getting more popular.

Fair enough. I'm extremely cynical when it comes to YT personalities and their motivations. I assume it's cash first, attention a close second, and any ideological or benevolent purpose a very, very distant third.

In fairness, this is exactly how I view the "experts" that cable news trots out on various topics, who are usually hawking their book and have expertise that is vaguely relevant or are totally unqualified.

So the cynical flipside to these tweets is: that's exactly what I would say if I was in it for cash & attention, but wanted to appear genuine.

I don't see Laci having much of a problem finding someone to settle down with. Regardless of whether this thread "would" or "wouldn't", she's pretty enough with a nice set of cans. She's not gonna struggle finding someone who's not a betacuck.

Personally I think she's just trying to expand her audience to parley her career into something more than "occasionally appears on unwatched social justice MTV shows"

Sure it's not for the ad revenue, but it sure as fuck ain't legit either. This woman is still the same insane hag she was six months ago.

A lot of hardcore liberal democrats had a breakdown after the election, it really shook things up since it looked like such a surefire win for Hillary, at least thats what the media kept feeding them. Liberals started pointing fingers at everyone and everything to blame for the loss, and a lot of them doubled down on identity politics. A lot of liberals turned on each other and cannibalized each other. I think Laci realized that cannibalization isnt healthy and decided to branch out a bit. Not ever liberal is a fucking crazy identity politician. There are plenty of skeptical liberals too.


I doubt she's going full right. She's probably still a liberal, and a democrat, she's just going to start leaning closer to the middle. Theres a large silent majority of middle-leaning democrats that want their voice heard. Laci is probably going to cash in on that market.
