It isn't surprising to any of us that the furry fandom has spawned some truly epic tiers of collective cow milk over the years. Even before it actually began to come to light in the eyes of those outside the computer screen, before FurAffinity became the de facto hub of its community and activities, before the upper tier members like 'Uncle Kage' started pushing for the fandom to clean up the act and image being transmitted into the public spectrum; you can almost always dig up a good story from the bygone ages of this culture. We've got plenty of furrycows articled here on the Farms, and while you're not quite as liable these days to find a tale as morbid to imagine as the LARPers and Suiter Orgies of yesterday; there's no particular shortage of drama to be explored in the rise of the Popufur generation. A clique of self obsessive attention whores almost mirroring one another by way of the lengths they'll go, money they'll spend, and hell they'll raise to not only be the sparkliest and most beloved animal person THEY feel entitled to be, but to make sure everybody around them bends over backwards to confirm it.

The subject I bring to you today isn't likely to be the biggest and sparkliest attention whore to be found in the fandom, perhaps even lacking by the standards your typical egomaniac peddling his self insert material for internet points. Nevertheless, I give to you the sparkledog pop star, "game developer", patreon baby, and winner of the Most Punchable Face of 2015 Award: Kyle "Klace" Lambert

Initially, I had no clue this guy existed until the graces of a good friend, somewhat in the know of love for drama, pointed me to a thread detailing the very recent release of a game on Steam Greenlight (big surprise there?) called 'Major\Minor'. Apparently a release that was very much awaited by that of the furry community, Lambert's brainchild is touted as a visual novel and dating sim in one package 'inspired by the plot of Persona 4', where 'no two playthroughs are the same' he says! What it amounts to is essentially a total RIPOFF of P4 in such a laughable regurgitation of the same plot points that one might find themselves surprised he hasn't been slapped by Atlus; full of a group of OCs only different from each other on a purely aesthetic level. Paling of course in comparison to his own self-insert, Klace, who is so absolutely vital to that of the story, so beloved for his pop star fame and impeccable personality that you're practically smashed in the face by it through every waking opportunity. The only reasons I can conceive as to how he was able to actually secure any support for this game whatsoever was more than likely through pimps by his frequent artist contacts, rich parents who excuse his self indulgences, or maybe even a prior 'investment'

Naturally as people bought the game and realized just what kind of trash they shelled for, furries and other such disgruntled consumers took their wailing and gnashing to the comments, reviews, and forum circulating the game. As you can probably imagine with any particular story involving Greenlight, Lambert reacted in the fairly typical fashion:

Reviews are being downvoted by his legion of followers and white knights, "Fursecution" is cue'd to be thrown at any given moment, and perhaps the makings of a legal battle for the intellectual property of another fur that HE stole and monetized; but through it all, Kyle is the sort to simply wear it with a smile on his face.

All of this, of course, only amounts to a mere chapter in the life of a young man seemingly devoted entirely to stroking his own inflated ego to the tune of whatever money he can squeeze out of doing it; from claims of saving the furry fandom during the infamous gas leak at MFF, even attempting to pen ANOTHER ripoff fiction that fell through almost as quickly as it had been started.

Will post with edits if I can dig up anything more of interest.

Edit: I can't believe my first thread has blown up like this! :D Major shoutout to my best chanfriend, Hex/BarkBot; he isn't a member of the Farms (yet) but I owe him enormously for pointing me to these info sources. Same with the guys at 8Chan for continuing to dig this up as it unfolds. :)

Holy shit, that face. It's like Jared Milton fucked Brianna Wu.

He looks, acts and sounds like a total douche. I cringed at the screencap where he's proud of all of this.

Am I misunderstanding his attempt at sarcasm or is this him admitting that he's reviewing his other game on alt accounts?

Ahahahahaha. I was joking, but that's rather amusing nonetheless. Kind of disappointed he doesn't have a profile, though. Most F-list furry profiles are a fucking mine of autism.

Critical to note, @Forever Sunrise means that term of phrase in both capacities; the profile itself is capable of being mined for Autism, and indeed also can be placed out surreptitiously to be used as an Autism-based IED in times of internet war.

Holy shit this is cringey as fuck. It's as embarassing as the memes added in English translations of recent Japanese games.

Gotta try this, looks hilarious.

Actually, it seems the plot ripoffs seem to be much closer to Persona 3. "Your soul is caught between two worlds" and "At night you will be whisked away to an unfamiliar and hostile world" things (totally not the Dark Hour, guys), people dying at midnight and it all happens at what seems to be a Japanese metropolitan area? Yeah okay, nice job Klace.

....How do you out-unoriginal Brianna fucking Wu?

I was actually going to preface earlier and forgot, there doesn't seem to really be a single original bone in this douche's body; the Vakarian in his name hurts my soul.

Klace is the ultimate 'Punch me in the fucking mouth' name.

It goes further than something as simple as the name. He's a SPARKLEDOG, even being intentionally cringe; the amount of fucking cringe you get with any sparklefur that goes to such lengths of technicolor vomit to distinguish themselves from other fur is staggering. You almost have to feel sorry for the artists they commission having to render every single pattern and nonsensical splatter to perfection.

I've read some rabid ass edge from those sparkledog types. They ironically hate any other category of anything that doesn't apply to YouTube Poop level autism... Does it say anywhere Klace shops at Hot Topic?
