He literally paid money to start up a kiddy porn site that had previously been shut down, and then CP was made with his money. CP that would otherwise have never been created.

Even if you interpret this behavior in the most charitable way, he still paid for a CP site to go back up and for CP to be created. It was manufactured with money he paid.

This is why enforcement of this shit is not done by amateurs. It's just as illegal for you to do this as it is for the villains you claim to be fighting. There are good reasons (((Eichenwald))) hired criminal defense counsel as soon as his bizarre activities attracted legal attention. He did seriously illegal shit, even under the most charitable interpretation.

There's a reason this epileptic idiot is extremely defensive on this subject. It's because he's extremely guilty.

One of the less obvious reasons I believe Kurt has to sperg to randos on Twatter how much of a "hero" he is, is because testifying in Congress is the last hurrah moment that hasn't been taken away from that nonce (yet). I mean remember how his last big victory ultimately ended with him getting fired from Newsweek.

Who cares about years sexual assault by an old pervert? You need to focus on the REAL sexual assault and ignore this case, because he's not our political opponent. Only sexual assault allegations against political enemies deserve any media coverage and outrage.
