They are attention whores and feed off any mention of their names. Denying them screencap material to purposely misconstrue helps put into perspective what they actually are; mental deficients screaming into the void.
They'll just make false posts, edit out screencaps, or good old inspect element. You're under the mistaken impression these people play by the rules. They don't.
They'll just do this, repost it to their Twitter, and act oppressed.
