I'm aware of the faggotry I'm about to ask, but I missed this year's run of merch from Null.

Is there a store somewhere or is there another point other than October where Null does merch runs?

No store, unfortunately. I think it was tried in the past but deplatformed.

Halloween is the only merchandise run on an annual basis, but sometimes he'll get an idea for something special during other times of the year and do a limited run.
