I started this a long time ago when Null wanted knew images for the site background, but never got around to finishing it. It's really sloppy in places but I tried to salvage it as best I could and I'm still kind of happy with the end result.

As a long time Megaman Battle Network fan, I commend your work on replicating the feel and even the work of Battle Network. Also Battle Network 3 had a certain soundscape that really screams Battle Network. I myself, I prefer the soundtracks of 4 and 4.5.

Overall it looks very polished and I appreciate the sheer amount of detail you jam packed in there.

However, I don't see the funny.

If you care to see my critique I will make another post sharing my thoughts. If not I will not make unprompted criticism and leave my thoughts as it is.

It is okay! I can take criticism, not like the other retards out there that are excessively stubborn to constructive criticism and excusefagging on why they are better the way they are.

I am not really good with making skit 4komas charming, or even making things funny in general, since I only make harsh remarks, design criticisms, trash-talking, drawing illustrations and make serious poems or writings in general. The only funny thing I would do is to lean towards underrated, charming memes and netas (rare Japanese memes), or making some sneaky references, depending on the thing I think of. I did watch comedy, but I am still piss poor at making comedic remarks and only fully capable at doing what I can do. So, go ahead.

edit: mainly i am good with character designing, color theory depending on a character i am designing or redesigning with ounces of harsh criticism, wholesome and fanservicey illustrations, as well as making hate art, chibis and whatever comes to my mind.

Ok my main criticism for Sleepy Seiko is that the joke has already been told from the name of the 4koma alone.

Unless you are doing a Norm "Yippie Jerry Ruben is dead" type joke where the setup is the punchline (note how in that joke there is a difference notably in pauses throughout the sentence), a fella being sleepy is not gag-worthy. I see the other character's eyes popping out in fury and it's amusing but it isn't a worthy punchline because there wasn't even a setup for a joke in the 4koma in the first place.

I understand though, that this may be your first time so you have to build up your storytelling skill by doing more work like 4koma. All the best, and keep trying!

Are reposts fine? Some of these are more in the vein of sequential images but could be considered comics if you excessively lower your standards.

I'm working on drafts of my first comic book (cannot give much detail and art sample for personal privacy, no animu or furries). I believe every artist has their own way to draw easily, it's drawing/preparing drafts traditionally to me. I've tried to draw a comic digitally but it was a pain in the ass.
 
Hey kiwis it would be nice to post web/indie comics making tutorials.

I've got the story plotted just need to become a lil better at drawing and mastering cartooning lmao but still learning everyday and studying.

My love for these comics grow greater and the respect for them and to honor late authors works even though they passed their works live on through me and i want to continue that legacy.

A lot of stories didn't end the way i like or was just ruined cause of shitty writers tryna fuck up said stories.

An to all kiwi starting up just like me dont give up!

As stated before.

I've done a few highly polished Manga style of comics in the past

I know the industry well. Both East and West.

I despise the Western Comic Animation industry for their gatekeeping and woke ideology.

I despise many of Western Comic Artists back in the late 80's, 90's who are now on today's pedestal. I despise them for their actions. Their whisper networks in not only destroying the independent market, they help destroy the comic industry as well.

And I hold grudges, long term gurdges on those people who effected my livelyhood and my enjoyment in creating enjoyment for others in the Comic book industry.

I... HATE... THEM... SO... And as stated before I can never forgive nor forget what they did to me and many others in the industy by their actions.

I... was... there... when it all happened. These fuckers that tried to destroy me back then, as stated before, if I ever... EVER... meet them in a dark alley somewhere, one of us would be walking away...

Because I'm just too god damned mean to die.

I've been involved in Manga/Anime since the 70's.
I enjoy the story telling aspect of Quality Manga and have proven in the past to hold my own.

Before I die I plan to tell one last story.
And this time I have the money to make it all happen My way. Not Their way with all of the fucking DEI quota's BUT my god damned way.

Unfortunately I have to keep things under wrap. I can not show nor discuss what I'm been doing.

Because I know there are fucking assholes lurking on this site. Snooping on tibits of information to be used against others.

Pussies that hide behind the screen and the best way to deal with them is...

Kindness and being quiet on things.
