I don't believe so. There's usually a concerted effort by search engines like Google to remove or de-list/de-index KF pages, most likely due to the website's unfavorable reputation. This is in addition to cows requesting take-downs or removal of content copies from archival sites.
Last year, when Cloudflare dropped KF and Elliot/Liz Fong-Jones and his followers made KF staying on a stable domain practically impossible, Josh was making plans to make the entire 7 TB+ worth of posts/collected media available for download/copying in the worst case scenario. Again, this was in the worst case scenario of KF finally being killed off for good. I don't think he's going to do that soon, since nowadays KF is mostly threatened by DDOS attacks instead of deplatforming*. I guess if Josh was to release the data archive, it would be around 8-9 TB today.
*Except when Germany is involved, since they indirectly caused the seizure of the .pl domain earlier this year.
