I can understand the confusion but Gothic Lolita is a fashion thing having to do with looking like a Victorian era goth. The "lolita" part in this case has to do with it looking cute on women, not fucking kids, sorta like progressive rock/metal isn't about being a shitlib necessarily but adding jazz fusion and classical influences into rock. Japs are bad at naming things tbh
