Bobby's writing style is unintelligible half the time, in the sense that it's difficult understand what the hell he is blabbering on about. From what I could tell, Bobby is claiming that he was a diplomat of some sorts, and flew in a copter to a prison in South Vietnam. And was given two personal angels.

But I may have misinterpreted that. Bobby just rambles on without taking the time to explain things well.
