This clip shows the absurdity of Andy's relationship with his soundboard.
He knows it's shit. He knows Ashton hates it. He know the audience hates it. And he's seething that Josh publicly denounced it.
But he can't avoid playing with it.
It's like a retard child that like to play with shit, even though they tell him to stop. He can't grasp how wrong it is, but he doesn't have the willpower to realize that everybody else hates it

I've been watching since the Rekieta arc. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who's noticed the sharp decline from Interruptski as of late. I've always been able to brush off the low IQ interruptions from Tardski but ever since he's started in with the soundboard, I can't help but fucking seethe. Its just airhorn, after airhorn, after fucking airhorn. If he's this fucking annoying on powdered caffeine, I can't imagine what he was like on coke. He's made the show completely unwatchable for me.

Nope, childish pettiness and the delusion it makes him a big boy entertainer like those now-hasbeens Opie and Anthony. Because they were SO COOL... back in the day. Also he DESPERATELY wants to prove he's better than RTU with abusing it, even though it actively is something that people want him to break since like pausing, he's a stupid spastic who fails to understand when to fucking do that.

It's part of why Psycho is still in his head; he will cope with one opinion okay with it to the detriment of all but himself. Just like all the clowns they shit on in that regard. How is insisting on abusing this thing any different from Jeremy choosing to make his terrible podcast about himself instead of the news? It isn't, and he knows it and seethes about it on some level.
