I just want to highlight the fact that there has been no known instances of people mass reporting @MilkSports_2018's posts despite him doing exactly what @All becomes gunt was accused of by shitting up this thread with his own dreary droning screeds. In all honesty, I think there could be justification to push for him at least getting a temp ban, but I'll instead take my own advice and simply ignore & move on if he's going to continue being the least bit entertaining.

If Null comes back in here and starts threatening to ban ABG again, I think that should be a clear sign that this is a much more personal matter, rather than merely being an issue of thread decorum.

The only indicator of their ages is a number in a profile, none of them look like Soph. What part of the Dost standard do social media bios and ambiguous headshots fall under? The post you linked is 50/50 on whether or not they pass the standard, again assuming that these people are underage in the first place. It's not the smoking gun you think it is. You don't even know who those women in the stream were. If this was a sting operation, how many of these accounts were agents using adult models? Have you ever heard of Perverted Justice and Chris Hansen? They used adult decoys.

If you actually think Andy Warski committed a federal crime by streaming CP, then you have to be able to present rock solid, unquestionable evidence, otherwise you are committing a crime yourself by defaming him. Furthermore, you have to be willing to judge him guilty in a court of law, even if it means he might be sentenced to 30+ years in prison. Are you seriously telling me you are willing to do that?

The only reason ABG doesn't get banned for obvious spamming is that people will accuse Null of sweeping up for the casino. People get threadbans for far less.

Spamming about old gay drama regarding andy for the very least needs to be kept at a minimum and preferably limited to andy's own thread, literally nothing new or relevant has come up regarding this drama for half a decade.

Its kind of crazy how we went from semantics games about "is this really CP" to "how well does this hold up to federal court". Ive been arguing in circles for 20+ fucking pages, and even when everything was presented via eyewitness testimony we are trying to find the court precedents as to see what the prosecutor might think if it ever passes by his desk. So before we start this rigmarole of autism, i have one question. What would Kino Casino do and by extension this thread if this was RTU ?
