The Happy Days song is from The Kumite a show Warski was on with Tonkasaw, really tickles me how they've attracted people who weren't even around for the Internet Bloodsports days sometimes.
I watched PPP's phone streams, but I never watched Andy before.

@Lobster Cult High Priest No chicken noticed to be eaten

To be fair, that stuff was 6 years ago, and I don't exactly have a great memory of that time of my life, so I had completely forgotten the specifics.

bruh this is the first time I've seen them under 1k in a while....

Andy's take on non binaries fags was so on point. I got to hand it to Tardski, he went hard on that rant. The elusive cohesive Tardski rant. His stat sheet might have 3 INT but the guy has 17 WIS.

Please never cover Lauren Chen again. I'm not even joking in a "haha it's so bad it's good" kind of way. No, please never mention this woman ever again. This is CANCER.

Ashton, if you care about your salvation, you will never cover Lauren Chen again. I was weeping and gnashing my teeth the whole way through, though, because of your greed, Ashton.

What's the lore behind Happy Days?
Warski was a frequent guest on the show "The Morning Kumite" run by some trailer trash retard named Tonkasaw who kept challenging everyone to fight him IRL. Eventually Warski agreed to fight him, leading to the infamous Knoxville arc where Ralph's gunt was first documented.
Tonkasaw no-showed the fight and Andy went up onto the ring to proclaim his victory, with the Happy Days song as his intro music. I don't know if it was a fixture of the Kumite show.

Lauren Chen is the sleeping dragon of cringe, this was even worse than Rekieta's standup lmao

Can some explain their hatred for Rumble? I get that there's a lot of cringe on there, but it genuinely is the last place to put content. Kick is slowly turning into Twitch 2.0 and YouTube sucks as always. Rumble might be their only chance of a home in the future, I don't see why they would burn that bridge.

That happy days song was played in the intro for all of tonkas streams. That's all their really is to it. I think it was kind of tongue in cheek because they covered dumb drama that often made everyone involved miserable lol.

Probably because they want a normie appeal.

It's performative, they always badmouth Youtube, Rumble, and Odyssey because they want to be as positive as possible towards Kick for hosting them with the minimal censorship and fees. It's the same reason why they also refuse to insult online gambling sites. If they were on Rumble and managed the same kind of success they'd probably act the same way toward Kick.

Also, Warski specifically hates Rumble for its terrible interface, on the streams where they cover Ralph you can see how much he has to rewind and refresh a Rumble stream just to keep watching it.

Yeah well it aint gonna last long. I was just listening to Eddie (Kick owner) host a stream with a bunch of busybodies discussing how they can further ban and penalize streamers.
Including;
  • cooperating with other companies (Twitch, Discord, etc.) and organizing bans across platforms
  • issuing fines to streamers
  • banning streamers from categories
  • longer and more punishing bans
  • banning for "harassment"
  • and a bunch of other nonsense
PPP and Andy better start those Rumble negotiations.

-Rumble as a platform has (allegedly) dubious claims to how legitimate its viewer count, leading people to believe they're just lying about them for optics.
-As a platform for streaming, Rumble Studio is dogshit in quality. Look at someone like Rekieta struggling to use it at times.
-It has cringe sponsors, like anti-woke dog food.
-I think Null has mentioned Rumble has ties to a company that employs known pedophile Corey Barnhill/Zoom, and said company is a sinking ship that will fuck up Rumble in the near future.

There's probably other stuff but I'm not too familiar with it versus other sites. Personally I think Kick should allow controversial people, but letting streamers get away with committing crime is just an optical nightmare.
