I think some of this has to do with when Metokur didn't hold their feet to the fire, not that he's under any obligation to do so. After his appearance on the Casino he showed that he wasn't going to go hard on them and so they just went right back to their shitty stale programming, like children who know that when dad says to behave or else "There will be consequences" only to never actually lay down the law.

I've been watching some old (but new to me) Metokur streams when he'd show up on Ralph's show and I really have come to appreciate why people call him "Daddy Jim" more. Just like Ralph and others (including Tardski who sounded significantly less retarded than he does now) back then who'd be on TRR, they'd really kind of shape up and fall in line because of Jim's (and by extension his audience) presence. That's probably part of why they (the Tard and the Lard) haven't taken Godwinson or even Null's (the rare time that he acknowledges them) jabs or critiques all that seriously: the former has a very small audience who don't paypig; the latter has an audience that mostly doesn't care about PPP/Tardski and the ones who do follow them are adversarial if anything to the Casino and its hosts.

It's a bold move putting shows behind a paywall when you have such a small show. They should also do prerecorded segments between superchats calling their audience poorfags and freefags. That will certainly make the viewer into payer!

I won't even comment on whether or not the show is worth paying for, but the magnitude of how much they fucked up the annoucement of this paywall blows my mind. These idiots could have done their regular show and preannounced this plan at the end, then released the paywalled show a couple of days later with the youtube preview. They would gotten much less backlash and fans wouldn't feel like they just had the rug pulled out from under them. Hell, they end up doing 8+hr streams every week! Just do some basic planning and split it in half. They didn't even care enough to put in an extra effort, but they still expect fans to pay for it.

You know what the real death knell for the show is? No one has even bothered to reupload the stream. That's how you know it's over. No one even cares enough to steal it.
 
Nothing can go wrong just two unstable man children who have a tendency to burn bridges with friends living together. So after he leaves Warski, whats next? On a side note do we have any details on Croc? If we can find PPP's old friends from school we could unlock much lore.

Current theory: Ashton was abusive (he is a rapist after all) to his brother causing his mother and father to divorce. Which is why his father hates him.

I might be going full schizo, but if they were actually putting in effort and acting on promises made, they might have gotten that gumroad sub-base that they crave so much. The show did not start from a point of viewer resentment, quite the opposite.
Don't want to keep brining up the same example, but 2015-2017 DPP should have been their refernce point. Same inbred white trash retards (but 3-4 instead of 2), same lolcow focus (but it was Brett Keane instead of the Gunt), but actual commitment and a semblance of professionalism is what allowed that show to get interviews, get sponsors and hold the status of one of the main semi-political podcasts for a good year - year and a half, while having paywalled elements. It is crazy that in both premise and style the shows are nearly identical, but the Casino is miles and miles behind in execution. This time last year, Kino Casino was hitting their stride. Constant donations and growth, feasting upon the shitshow that was post Portugal Ralph. Because in the early days, they were under pressure to perform. Once they dropped the ball enough times and anyone with taste stopped tuning in they stopped trying, and here we are. The stupid thing is, they've both proven they're capable of more but they're too lazy and stupid to put the work in. A show with paywalled elements where the hosts are no longer limited by Youtubes rules can be very successful- Steven Crowder proves it. But neither Ashton nor Andy want to put that level of work in when they know they can simply beg for enough table scraps to get by. It's one of the number one traits that make someone a lolcow.

For what it's worth, the show was far more palatable without 5 hours of super chats. But yeah they really should have just did an hour on YouTube to advertise.

This was part of the show in the early stages too. They showed excessive courtesy to socially unintelligent donators because that's how you harpoon a whale. But just like the rug pulling they've now done to the general audience with the paywall, the same has been done to donators. Remember signalboot? This guy was so brainwashed that he planned on going to Canada so PPP could baptize him. Despite this, PPP decided to talk shit about his denomination, I believe it was triggered by some autistic rant about music belonging in the church, and chased signalboot off.

KC loy-al-ists should switch to MATI. Concise uninterrupted segments on a variety of subjects. Josh also manages to show more personality than these two TOS gimped faggots.
