With how they only go after low hanging fruit "nazis" I wouldn't be surprised. Their revolutionary lolcow is just some white family going to restaurants, what lefties would call "white trash". Naw, I definitely remember Commie Copter paypigging back when I unironically listened to the Killstream, although it was a common joke in TRS circles around that time so hard to say that they're the same person. Pinochet's Commie Copter started their Twitter in summer of '21, so archives about 6 months before that should have the answer.

The first instance I can find of Kinochet using his handle is October '21, although I found a Duolingo account of the same name dating back to February '18. No proof that it's the same person but they were a native French speaker learning Spanish and English. Entirely possible he's a Grammarly user to make up for being ESL but that's just speculation.
