If Ralph wasn't such a faggot I'd have some form of pity for him, because he lost the genetic lottery in effectively every way in regard to being fat. He's a manlet so he can't carry the weight in any way that doesn't make him look like a midget ogre. He has a surprisingly small base frame, so it doesn't matter if he started lifting, he'll always be proportionally disgusting since his shoulders/back will never be wide enough to hide his tits and flab in a shirt. Add in that his gunt is so far gone, he will always have like 100lbs of skin hanging off him. A huge part of the drive in working out and losing weight is the progressive positive image you get from improving, I would fucking off myself if no matter how much I lost I only looked more disgusting.

You know, Ralph's appearance reminds me a lot of Baalzebul appearance in D&D in which he is cursed by Asmodeus to have the appearance of a horrible, fat slug monster.

The resemblance is uncanny. Another uncanny thing is that Baalzebul cursed form causes him to leave fecal matter and other rancid filth to manifest in piles wherever he goes. Just like Ralph.

I still have pity for Ralph. He's a legit 1/10 genetic abomination. Even if he wasn't morbidly obese, he'd still be ugly as sin with his deformed eyes and the worst tiny pupillary distance + huge zygomatic width ratio I've ever seen. Also a true manlet that must be 5'5 at best. Ralph is one of very few men I've seen that lost at everything genetically. Ok, other than being white, but he grew up in West Memphis which is among the top of white trash.

That is fucking disgusting and amazing; the fact that even PPP cannot comprehend the obesity that is Ethan Ralph is astounding, he's recoiling in fear because it's all he can do.
