Can someone familiar with the DSP and ReviewTechUSA history explain to me what is the relation between Rich and Detractors?
It was my understanding they don't like him but then I see some Dentractors take his side when he was beefing with Lolcow Live.

Now I am seeing hate for Joon The King fly around ever since the documentary. Is this to spite KC or in actual defense of Rich?

How many times do people need to say it before you figure it out? The DSP detractors are the most mentally deranged motherfuckers on the entire site. They are obsessed with Phil to a genuinely psychotic degree, every waking moment of free time they have is spent stalking Phil, analyzing Phil and his every facial expression, talking to other psychotic A-logs about Phil and planning gay ops and federal crimes against Phil on their discords, etc etc. Josh has said this a million times. Jim has said this. PPP said this even back in the day when he phonestreamed from Surfer's couch. Godwinson said this. Once again: How many times do you need to be told?

Rich embedded himself in the Detractor circle after being obsessed with Phil over the last couple of years in 90% of his streams. When his numbers became to dip in the ladder half of 2023 into 2024, he made a special appearance in Snort Hogans Twitter hangout session. He ended up getting salty and butt hurt when the detractors did not welcome him in with open arms, so he became just another person to dunk on, because of how Rich is fixated with fixing the narrative constantly; As well constant need to be validated by random people online. Also he is fat, smells, and looks like a thumb.

So when you argue with a Phil detractor who acts like Rich is the guy to run to... Does that mean its probably just a Rich sock?

There is a huge chance that they are either misguided, or it is Dickers being his own Tricky Dicky self socking around. Seeing that Rich has next to no public support at this stage, it is likely to be him trying to pull some sort of gay op narrative correction. But that is just a theory... A gay-op theory.

Woah!! I hope Phil/KC acknowledge that donation next stream.

YouTube really needs to do an automatic currency conversion because yesterday I saw watching another streamer who was very happy over a “1000 rupee” donation but it ended up being eleven bucks USD.

This much I already know since discovering him through the Jay drama and PC keylogging.
Reason I ask what his relation is with other detractors is because I'm seeing him pop up in places and in other ween circles where before he didn't stand out until recently.

So Detractors hate him. But what about the Dentractors? I don't want to make baseless assumptions but I have a feeling he might have some friends there.

The line between detractor and dentractor a blurry one is.

These faggots are infighting all the time. A tale as old as detracting really.
Lots of people are just detractors on the side. It's socially acceptable to shit on dsp. If you want to shit on someone, troll someone or whatever, dsp is a safe target, since nobody will reprimand you (same with wings).
In that group, I'd imagine, dickers to be relatively popular. They're not hardcores, they're just lowlifes, who want to live out their bullying impulses. Dickers fits right in.
Then there's grifting retards like doody streams or others, who, the king noticed that correctly, have no other content. Their livelihood depends on dsp being a laughingstock and networking with dickers can help them in that. Though I think, he and doody had a falling out or so. I didn't pay much attention recently.

Funnily enough, the hardcore dentractors and the sane detractors hate dickers too. It's just that the dentractors will defend him/help him out, if it means that dsp looks worse.

How can you be authentically mad at it? The whole appeal of Phil is that he's like the Wario version of a content creator. If he didn't do everything wrong it would be disappointing. It's like being upset that they fuck up and get hurt in a Jackass movie. Nobody watches the tazer alley obstacle course to see someone dodge all the tazers.

It's inherently funny to watch someone else bungle easy things, that is like the whole concept behind clowns and jesters.

We could make a list of things dsp fucked up in this whole thing:

1. biggest stream he ever had, does it on his shitty side channel no one knows about, not the main one.
2. Not reading any superchats or tip-messages or announcing he is going to. Some people gave him a ton of money and a certain to be pissed about it.
3. Again, biggest stream ever, but Phil has to end it early. After it's down, he's in the comment section, liking comments. Probably could have made another 500 bucks or more, if he just stayed a little longer.

The list could go on, I'm sure. That's why I enjoy dsp.

man catching up with the rest of it now, that was really amazing and my estimation I thought DSP was a boring pseudo-lolcow but he's actually pretty decent entertainer. I'm questioning everything I thought I knew about phil. Kino boys really brought the best outta him.

He's genuinely talented with some of those zingers and his entire last "kings tax" rant against RTU. I now am puzzled as to how there are so many people who hate him because.... what? he "e-begs"? Every streamer has dono goals and such. Because he scammed the IRS out of that WWE gacha money? That just makes me like him even more! Fuck the IRS!
 
I think Phil had a good chemistry with Andy and PPP, he should be a third chair on their show every now and then, I never got why people hate Phil like they do and maybe 16 years of youtube lore is too much for me to comprehend, but I think he's pretty funny and has some good zingers, straight to the point and effortless with the punches.

He's the online equivalent of a guy still being prosecuted for not having a guy walking in front of his car waving a red flag to keep everyone safe. He violated rules that don't exist any more but enough weirdos make their living off him they have to pretend its still egregious.

My guess is that he was just an early lolcow because he was one of the first people doing live streams where he fought with his audience. Well fast forward 10+ years and all these people have invested a huge chunk of their life into DSP being the bad guy. They do shows around DSP and made their own DSP economy based on hating DSP. They're all in even though it's not paying off anymore.
