I’m playing the first Kingdom Come right now and it’s just so fucking janky and hard to deal with for no good reason.

example: I’m at the first camp right after the intro when you escape from Skalitz. They tell me I can go sleep in the cabin. So I go and look and there‘s a small cabin with a guard outside. I go in and there’s just a cot on the floor. Hover over it and it says “press x to sleep and save”. So far, so good... Except I hit x and all it does is tell me, “you have to hurry, there’s no time!” So that means it’s the wrong cabin, obviously it’s this nicer one over here! This one has a bed and everything. Except the prompt when I stand by the bed is just “sit”. You have to sit on the bed before it prompts you to sleep. So the sleep and save thing is a different system for when you’re on the main adventure I guess? And this one is bespoke for this part of the story. But they made them both available and one is just hard locked behind “you have to hurry!” So fucking stupid!

Can someone check to see if the line in Hans codex about him being aged up was patched in or not? Because screenshots about it only cropped up a couple days ago, conveniently at the same time the first hotfix came out.

Found out something funny about the crime system. If you kill several people and hurt the last person just enough to make him surrender, then you will still get the "tell nobody what you saw" option. I killed several Gypsies then beat the shit out of Tomcat and walked away with a bounty on my head.

The way I see it is that this sort of shit is pretty easily fabricated, so a degree of skepticism is warranted. That being said, there are some pretty obvious tells that a leak is real. Devs sperging the fuck out like a retard is a big one. Basically, if the leak is bullshit it’s easily contained where if it’s real, it turns into a lolcow style death spiral. The lies devs tell incur a debt to the truth, and that debt must be paid.

Not a very good move to change codex after calling everyone who mentioned it a grifter and a liar. This only gives more validity to those claims.

Also I'll never get why would anyone point out inconsistencies of their game and lack of historical accuracy to own chuds.

It's been a trend with fantasy when they'd go "THERE IS MAGIC AND DRAGONS BUT BLACKS RUIN YOUR IMMERSION?". To which my answer always was "Well, yes". There is literally a term in writing, which a good writer should know, "cultural verisimilitude". Fantasy elements work ONLY if everything else feels real and believable. Having magic isn't an excuse to bring magical negros, just like it is not an excuse to bring machine guns to fight off orcs. And the latter sounds more fun btw.

But back to KCD, now the same argument has made its way into actually historical shit. You see chuds, there is a character in KCD2 who had been dead already by the time the game takes place, but he is alive. So if you're fine with that you should also be fine with genius blacks, girlbosses and faggots, cause those are literally equivalent.

I personally feel that any argument other than 'yes i am sick of seeing black people' is fighting on the back foot because otherwise you are tacitly accepting the premise that blacks existing isn't a bad thing on its own

Even if you don't feel that way that's how you should respond. Because any attempt to engage in "I am not racist" argument with a shitlib means you're fighting on their ground and on their terms. You will never be completely free if you don't stop caring whether you come across as racist or not.

If you have to argue this point in public, the polite way that won't cause normies to side with the shitlib against you is "I don't really care". Since I returned the save the Jew simulator I started playing Shadow Warrior Redux and Blood. Also been playing Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, but they heavily normified that game in comparison to the original 360 version. Remember, there are thousands of games out there, fuck pozzed devs and games.
