It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside looks surprisingly comfortable. I hope the eventual new owners enjoy it.

And certainly statements like this are subjective, but seriously???

The way I understood it is Bite used to contemplate whether to continue it after Josh died, before he'd gotten the approval from homedad but because he did the get okay from Clint, he will continue and it will be less antagonistic towards Cobra than previously.
We will be rooting for Josh, which honestly is the way it should have been from the start IMO. I never understood why Bite suddenly shifted from being neutral/mildly laughing at Josh to being outright A-loggy when you compare the older documentaries and to the new, Geno-style docs. I don't know if it's the change in writer/s or if it was Bite's own disdain that coloured the tone, but I prefer a neutral tone that doesn't dictate whether or not the viewer becomes a hate-watcher or anything like that.

Geno's CWC doc takes a sharp turn because of everything Chris did during the Idea Guys saga and the post Idea Guys world we live in, we know Chris can't be saved and I doubt many of us are rooting for him to get better. Chris was never a good person but you could laugh with him when it was Classic Chris, a harmless autist who was lonely.
Meanwhile Cobes wore his person on his sleeve. He was brutally honest, rarely outright deceiving (not deceiving anyone but himself at least) and you could tell he was mentally ill on top of his autism.
I will admit I am biased towards Cobes and his death definitely adds to my bias. I don't think I would have had a beer with Classic Chris, nevermind current day horrorcow Chris.
