This is literally from the you cited:

On the morning Josh died, Clint had driven to his son's trailer to take him to a counseling appointment.

But Clint said he found him blue and cold, so unlikely that either assertion is completely correct.

3-4 days is just wrong. Too many people saw his facebook live to know something was wrong. Even Homeboy Scotty knew something was wrong. And 3 - 4 days deceased in a small trailer in Wisconsin in the summer time? I'm not making fun of Cobra here, but the smell would be so bad the police would be called.

Didn't Clint also say he saw the Tampico Cobes had doordashed that day? He said he usually ordered it when he thought he was sick, and it was sitting on his doorstep.
 
Yeah it's so easy to blame cobes for his death but there's so many outside factors that killed him. the truth is until like 2023 if he didn't have booze he'd just do without. that's the whole reason he started making mead. the people who gave him everclear are the absolute worst. beer donations were it is what it is toobz. can't really get mad at that. i'm not sure what effect duster had on him but he definitely quit using it at some point. I think without the worst weens he would have made it to 40 but some major health complications were on the horizon. I think everclear alone stole a couple years of his life. It might even solely have did him in at the end.

I would say years of being sedentary alongside multiple nutritional deficiencies caused by a diet filled with food hacks and alcohol is what did him in more than any one bottle. That and not brushing his teeth. Considering he died shitting and vomiting I would say he was likely suffering from sepsis that eventually led to his heart giving out.

The final video on Facebook is just a result of food poisoning. According to the Celebration of Life stream, Clint explained that Josh had recovered, but had a heart attack some days later in his sleep.

Anyone could have ordered that for him. By no signs of life I mean he did not post anything after the video pre-dawn on the 19th. Clint didn't take his cry for help that the Facebook vid clearly was, assumed he would be fine and ready to go to counseling on the 21st. Maybe he wasn't dead but he was in some state of agony or unconscious to not post anything after that vid. I'd rather think he didn't suffer for 3 days.

I think that's a bit of (understandable) cope from Clint. Food poisoning wouldn't show up on an autopsy. But I've never heard of food poisoning making your chest hurt really bad and make you feel like you aren't able to breath, like Cobes complained of in his last video. He was most likely having heart issues when he recorded that, the symptoms he described and the pain he was clearly in was not food poisoning. I just hope he didn't suffer long.

I choose to believe that it was Puff, too, and that Clint did the correct thing by rehoming Puff. I hate the thought of that poor lizard suffering with Josh, even if the pet cop lady said he was doing better than 99% of cases she sees or whatever, only to die in the wild like that.
