It's because he never typed. He dictated everything to Siri. The obj characters are an issue between Siri tts and certain apps.
 
You know how Cobes loved shitty gas station tat like chinesium folding knives and resin skull mugs and what not?

A while back I was in a corner store and there was a some doofy young man wearing all black buying all their wacky shit like that up. He specifically bought a mirror with a weed leaf and 420 on it, some incense with a tacky holder (I think it was like, a naked elf chick and some dragons or something), and a bunch of other hilarious dumb shit I didn't get close enough to catch, but it was all that sort of crap Cobra would buy.

At a later different gas station, I walked past a group of young men all in a circle loitering and bullshitting and one was clearly the emo/goth kid of the group, and he was the most loud/animated of the bunch, telling some clearly bullshit story the rest of the group was gassing him up on. There's also a beat to shit late 90s/early 00s two door roadster looking car in that lot that I shit you not, is custom spray painted (and poorly/splotchy at that) matte black, with a big green monster energy sticker in the back window. I wonder if it's that goth kid's ride. :lit:

Gas stations/corner stores are great spots for weirdo watching, but my point is, Cobes was like the avatar of that style of person we all know/have grown up with. Everyone knows/knew a Cobra growing up, and he was basically the king of that personality type as far as I'm concerned, but there's tons of them out there if you keep your eyes peeled.

my biggest question is who is her current husband who seems to mostly fund her house/life, she seems very slow mentally but cleaned up compared to her past and managed to entice a clint 2.0 into another marriage. i don't want to dox or pry in too much but i've wondered. maybe she found the right meds and stays on them

He rarely left the trailer. He didn't need winter wear.

If only he had known how beloved he was. I suspect his memorial will be very well attended. People will make pilgrimages to it. The Casper motel industry will be grateful.
 
on the pj pants and shorts, back in the 90s (i'm showing my age) it was common to see people with long johns/shorts combo. here is a pic of pearl jam with two members rockin' that look.

My opinion is that she is not currently married. Thrice married, thrice divorced. The 3rd husband is in New England with a new wife, for sure.
 
I think the main clip channels for Cobra (Bitesized, Bogchronicles and Lenin) got way more shit then they deserved. Before the clip channels if you wanted to find good Cobra moments you either had to sit and watch a chillin video at 2x speed hoping for something good or hope someone on the sub posted it. We literally made spread sheets to track good moments in Cobra videos pre clip channels. Either that or hope someone linked it on the subreddit. Because so many videos were titled either "chillin", "rant" or "pipe thoughts" it was basically impossible to recommend videos to other people because you'd come up with 30 different videos with the same title. You also had the issue with every video being like an hour long and maybe one funny thing happening in it which also made it very difficult to get people to watch Josh. The clip channels changed that and pushed him into the mainstream for better or worse.

I'm still curious as to how retarded Laurel actually is, tbh. She doesn't sound retarded, she is well groomed, her place looks tidy, part of me only thinks she is retarded because i associate her with Cobes, otherwise i would have thought she was just an uninteresting lady. Is there actual evidence of her being retarded or crazy? I've heard so little about her that i think i'm mixing Cobra with Cyrax here, was she the one who drank during the pregnancy or was that only Cyrax's mom?

My nigga Clint was down bad in the 90's, when she was young she looked almost exactly like Cobes and he still hit it.

I agree that boglim chronicles was a good way to follow Cobra, but let's not forget that these people were massive a-logs and would often monetize their videos. Hell Boglim used to leave troll comments on his livestreams himself. I appreciate what he did to make Cobes more digestible, but the whitewashing going on and his community post acting like he loved Cobra is pretty sad.

I don't have any problem with Bitesized though, his documentaries are great. I wouldn't have known about the specifics about the Wendy's saga since it was before I started following Cobra, and now bringing up ice tea makes me thinks of him and laugh.
