The person who sent duster sent him detailed instructions how to use it to get high.

You're right he had those whipit cartridges there forever though. Boglims razor was he didn't know how to do it, maybe tried once and failed so never did it again. His own stupidty and ignorance saved him a lot of times as much as it hurt him. That's why sending instructions with the duster was so nefarious.

Given that the box was opened he might've gotten curious but ended up not knowing what to do. If he figured it out though then the huffing would've started a year earlier. N2O admittedly isn't nearly as bad as duster though since it's food grade. Even Steve-O huffed thousands of those N2O cartridges for years and is still alive.

Honestly I'd be curious of his thoughts on this considering Dani Filth was his idol on par with Ozzy. He literally discovered Ozzy through Dani Filth. I'm not sure who he'd side with in the end.
 
The tattoo shop I'm going to are metal heads, I'm kinda hoping they know who Josh is. Don't really have anyone to talk to about Josh so it would be pretty cool if they did.

Unless the toxicology somehow comes back with "yeah he ate some poisonous seeds" which would thereby imply that this could be the cause of the heart attack, I really doubt we'll ever know the true cause. Could it just have been cardiomyopathy caused by shit diet, drinking, and duster? Absolutely. Could it have been congenital? Possibly. Could it have been a heart attack caused by what people were speculating earlier, like pancreatitis? Also yes (e.g. pancreas implodes, releases enzymes which can directly damage heart tissue or even just cause a blood pressure imbalance that throws someone into an infarction...). Could it have been his teeth? Very likely (bacteria in the teeth/gums can travel directly to your heart which is why some people with heart issues have to eat antibiotics 12 hours before they go to the dentist, every time).

I just want someone to enjoy prison for doing this to him. I wasn't really interested in the guy aside from nulls random clips of him eating weird food, but he seemed harmless. No one deserves a fate like his.
 
For some reason in the past 6 months I had stumbled across this oddballs vids and had been strangely compelled to put them on in the background as I worked. Was never a hater but wasn't a fan either. Guy was a train wreck on top of his genetic issues and I had done many a few years working with and around people like him- nutcases, alcoholics, genetic messes, mix of the 3. But I also sort of was and hung around with mall goth types of the era he embodied, so I guess he reminded me of old times long gone and was oddly comforting. I wanted to beat the shit out of the freak but also be his pal and try make him see sense and change his ways, even though that would have been impossible. Poor cunt.
Anyway, was listening to Mad at the internet and Josh said about a cobra coin in memory of the daft bastard and it inspired me so I cobbled this 3d thing together as i was learning something similar at the time. I can make a better one if i can find a good high res image,

but I can only find 240p artefact ridden ones ripped off youtube so this is the best tribute the stupid bastard is getting out of me.

Sometimes when people get convicted of sex crimes, they are only required to register for 10 years. In my humble opinion, it should always be forever, but it does happen. Since Chad Allen Aaron Seelig, a convicted sex offender who raped someone under the age of 14 with a last known address of 251 N Snowden St, Andrews, IN 46702 and previous addresses of 10417 Hoagland Rd, Hoagland, IN 46745, 557 E State St, Huntington, IN 46750, 651 William St #651, Huntington, IN 46750, and 6141 S 600 W, Warren, IN 46792 did it in 2011, and it would've expired in 2021. It's not impossible unless we get court documents.

That's actually sickening, I agree if someone does a sex crime they should definitely be labeled as a sex offender forever. I didn't realize they could get off that list.

From my understanding they don't expire if he fails to register. He can't run out the clock and then go well the 10 years is up.
He has to be in compliance with the order. Which it appears he was not.
Each year he doesn't register is a new charge as per Indiana Law.
