@SeizureRobot5000 Apologies if you've already been asked this before, but I am curious to know your thoughts on YouTubers profiting off Cobes' death for a quick buck. I don't like seeing myself as a gatekeeper of lolcows, but Cobra was one of the few lolcows I watched on the regular, and I could answer just about every Cobra question like an autistic kid talking to you about model trains.

If I were you, I'd feel atleast a bit bitter at the community (specifically Kiwi Tapes and SmokeyMC) for being opportunistic faggots.

Anyone want to post a video link or PM me so it doesn't cock up the thread a cobra cooking video that would be a good introduction for a friend I wanna share Josh's vids with... throwing back some beers watching cooking clips but can't decide on which one to send said friend.
This was one of the first ones I showed my husband when first introducing him to Cobra.

to give the short of it, autism speaks is known for promoting fear and misconceptions about autism. They are more focused on fundraising than actually helping families with autistic children, and most of the money they receive goes towards "administration costs" rather than the cause itself.
General rule of thumb is to stay away from any "charity" that "spreads awareness". That basically just means they just market and sell merch with slogans on it. Not doing anything actually useful.

This one is always a cozy one for me:

You got your insane spicy pizza, you got your gender relations, you got your Genetic Mountain Dew, toobz

They are about to get a flood of donations. TMDWU

Make sure to leave a note that it's in memory of Cobes. Would be nice if they get flooded with donations to the point where they let the family know or if they have one of those donation/memorial walls they'll put something up for Josh.

I used to drink a lot and I would never touch absinthe or everclear no matter what.
As for absinthe, it's an acquired taste and I actually like the stuff, but it's one of those "I'm too old for this shit" things at this point. But I thought Malort was okay too so take that with a grain of salt (or if it's absinthe with a bit of sugar). The absinthe ritual is also kind of fun.
Absinthe, I feel, is very Cobracoded. It's green and it tastes like licorice, which can be black. You tellin' me the boy wouldn't have drank something with "wormwood" in it that is rumored to make you trip bawls?

i finished getting the images of his etsy wands uploaded/set up in slides, i really need to find a high quality image of his main wand. im currently trying to decide how i want to go about displaying some other stuff, but tonight im going to transcribe that video where he explained the story of his book he was writing. dragon cobra i believe?
i am left wondering what will happen with his various personal projects, although im sure theyll go the same way he did.

i swear he drank it a few times, i wanna say he made a drink combo with it too. absinthe and mountain dew sounds like a real treat

This month marks the fifth year of me being booze free. Cobra was a huge inspiration in my decision to put down the bottle, and sometimes his streams were my version of catching a meeting. That is something I have been thinking a lot about for the last day or two, how much of a positive impact cobra had on people and how far that influence went. I know I am not the only one to put down a vice due to his streams mirroring back bad behaviors. I wonder how far the ripple goes.
