really they could tell him to just go sweep the parking lot.

Given that he apparently cleared a toilet clog with his goddamn hands, he was pretty game for whatever, that little goober. They should have come up with a new job for him each week.

"It just rained outside, Jorsh. Gonna need you to go outside and mop up the rain."

"Josh, we need you to walk around the parking lot and report back if it's raining/snowing anywhere. Just write down when and where on this paper so you don't have to keep coming back inside to tell us."

"Josh we need you to go to the cardboard bin and reform all the boxes." (Halfway through the shift they change it to "break down all the boxes.")

"Today you're on rock duty, Josh. Any rock in the lot bigger than this pebble needs to be flipped over so that it doesn't get too much sun damage on one side."

"Okay Josh, today you're sweeping the sunlight off the parking lot asphalt."

And so on.

found him a role as an ”apprentice” in his own or a good friend’s workshop, where he could basically sweep the floor and collect trash all day for minimum wage, then it would have meant Cobes felt more of a sense of dignity and wouldn’t run into trouble
Though as funny as the idea of coming up with new make-work jobs for Jerbsh every day might be, FinnSven's got the right idea. Sucks that Cobes couldn't have been a floor sweeper or something without eyes on him all the time. Probably would have done him good.

he's just out for a smoke...
He'll be back in fifteen and he'll shut down the stream as soon as he gets to the computer and sees it still running.

Damn, how good we had it Cobros...

Wyoming has laws against just this. So Clint doesn't need to be the one to pursue it. It would be up to the Attorney General if they would want to pursue any criminal charges.
At the very least some kind of change to delivery service would happen as a result.
Which could prevent this from happening to someone else in the future.
Maybe call it Josh's law.
I mean, that'd be fucking awesome if the AG decided to do that. I guess it would depend on if there was enough public pressure for it to become a thing. I don't know shit about WY laws or how eager the AGs are to do shit like that.

I agree that social programs should at least fucking exist for people like Cobes that want the help, but at the end of the day idk what else could've been done. He pushed everyone away in real life, and forcing someone who isn't actually willing to accept help is akin to imprisonment
Thats true. It just feels like some kind of support system should have been in place for him once he turned 18. He probably would refuse any support or help but letting a retarded grown man who cant even work out 15+10 in his head rot away/drink himself to death because ”its his choice” feels really fucking wrong. Its just a shitty situation

I may be wrong but you would have to prove that whoever sent it intended to do harm to him which would be incredibly difficult. I think you would also have to prove that his prior and current alcohol consumption outside of what was sent to him was not a significant contributory factor to his death which also would be impossible.

I think at best it could be used as a way to change laws specific to delivery stuff. You have to keep in mind the alcohol is delivered closed so unfortunately it's only technically up to the consumer to actually drink it.

I would also keep in mind the everclear alcohol itself is banned in several states purely because of how strong it is and that alcohol delivery services are also controversial because of shit like this already (not Josh specific but when it comes to alcoholics)

Actual bars and liquor stores and their employees have been found guilty for providing alcohol that led to a death as well as held liable in civil suits for wrongful death. While the situation has to be fairly extreme to be criminal, but if you actively and publicly gloat about how much you want to harm someone by doing something, then do it, and then they die of it, there are decent odds they take that more seriously than just providing alcohol to an alcoholic and then they get cirrhosis.
Way different scenario. A bar can be liable when someone is over served and the goes and hurts someone else, and they should have know that was likely to happen.

I've ran through it before but nothing is ever going to happen in court, civil or criminal. Cobra's conduct was completely voluntary and didn't have any legal status as incompetent or not in charge of his own decisions.

I think seeing logs and logs of these fags laughing and hoping he’ll die during the stream is evidence they were sending him it with intent he kill himself. But it’s a moot point to speculate, let the authorities decide.

I’m starting to side eye everyone coming in like “nuh uh there’s no way I- I mean they can be prosecuted.” If ever there was a time to listen to a woman, now’s it: they can. And if it’s determined by the cops they have evidence and names, they will. America for all its faults gets off on being law and order. If there is evidence that certain people sending him liquor contributed to his death, well. Sorry, toobz. Maybe think next time you endanger another person’s life.

Between “1st degree murder” and “innocent” are a ton of other levels of prosecution. If it’s bad enough, it’s not even in Clint’s hands. If the PTB determine that there is a gang of assholes murdering humans by proxy, you’re done.

Clink clink baby. Better go clean up your browser history (not that it matters, but how many Cobra haters you think have shit on their hard drive they definitely don’t want the authorities to see? He hated sickos after all)

"spongebob beein an ass hole" is one of the more interesting and most random videos he made during the trailer saga in my opinion
His actual spongebob impressions weren't too shabby either

Yeah I mean, it may be possible if Clint wanted to spend years in court and thousands of dollars hiring a lawyer pursuing a civil case towards retards that probably work shitty minimum wage jobs.

A lot of us are still in a grieving phase where we want to hold someone accountable, but I don't think it'll happen. Unfortunately it is what it is toobz
Hun, if this is determined to be criminal, it’ll not even be in Clint’s hands. It’ll be the People vs Reddit fags with no lives.

Maybe call it Josh's law.
Deserves a cooler name. “GothicKingCobras law to own the trolls lives”

Did you send everclear or vodka?

What a cunt. Although it's deliciously ironic how she kinda lies like Jorb in a way. That blatant not fooling anyone kinda lie.
It's been a long time since I read about her, mostly just remembering her youtube channel's existence. Has it ever been determined what is wrong with her mentally? She was crazy enough to lose custody over her kid, which is pretty significant for a woman. Is she legitimately schizophrenic or even a sociopath? She seems heavily medicated at this point.

I believe that's Buttfuck, Wyoming. Pretty close to the town of Casper.

More seriously though, it's a beautiful shot. Also, why geolocate it? (Just curious)

Anyway that photo reminds me: we must never forget that while Josh had studiously "been patriotic" for several years (his words), I don't think any human on the planet has ever heard him play the Star-Spangled Banner without a shitload of bips, dropped notes, kronks, sharps instead of flats, etc. His ability to never learn even a single song is a thing of legend. It's doubtful any of us could show the absolute stellar level of un-mastery that he rose to. Genuinely not shitting on him, it was some kind of weird "ava grande" work of art that he never even seemed to be able to flub through it while accidentally being correct. Not once. Not even a little bit.

shine on you crazy Demon King

I called heart failure in sleep. I'd say dying in sleep is third to dying in battle. Second being shot for banging ya mom or ho.

Clint should sue the trolls for sending Josh 90% spirits. That's fucked and no adult out there is going to not know what will happen if you send an alcoholic with no money pure booze. I'd like these people exposed, because their lives would be marginally better than Joshes and the only reason they trolled him is that they knew they were scum. By picking on somebody they think is worse than them, they thought they were elevating themselves. Well. In prison, their place is under the bunk or next to the toilet. A diamond tat on their ass-cheek.

BTW watching the tone of this thread is like the stages of grief. We're at the anger stage now.
