Probably late but wanted to let @Null know there is such a thing as Death By Delivery, used to charge dealers and runners with murder if they provided the (usually) illicit substance an individual overdosed on. I'm not familiar with the law in Wyoming, but a few states have adopted it as a more specific version of 2nd Degree Manslaughter. There does exist legal precedence for it, but given that Alcohol is legal, that King Cobra accepted the delivery, etc. It would be a longshot to prosecute random redditors, despite the fact that under God's Law, all involved should be hung by the neck until dead.

It might be power-leveling, but my state almost adopted it and I do support it as a charge, as it goes hand in hand with the uptick in Fentanyl and subsequent use of it to assassinate people, specifically by cutting it into Meth and H, and it is usually very obvious it's what's happened, but nothing can be done because it's """"""""technically"""""""" not Homicide.

I hope God understands that all the "hail satan" stuff was just edgy autism. I assume he would, if he is God. I figure he can read people's hearts and whatnot. Cobes had a good heart (metaphorically, not physically).

i have a terminally ill child, and hes not doing well at all right now, and the anticipatory grief is hitting hard, especially for his father. i hope he has family surrounding him, finding your child dead has to be the worst thing in the world, and i hate that for him

Usually we shit all over sharing personal information but in this case I'd say it's worthy thing to bring up given the circumstances. Sorry you're going through that and hopefully you have a support system around you to help pull you through.

That's the major reason I joined KF. I've been watching Josh since the basement days after originally having found him in a thread on Something Awful and I was never really satisfied with the way people talked about him on the sub-Reddits. When I finally checked out the Kiwi thread I was pleasantly surprised how positive everyone was about Josh. I've been here ever since and this place has been nothing but a source of good vibes for me. There are definitely shit heads every once and awhile but for the most part every is just here to have a good time and see what the boy gets up to next.
