Holy shit that got a good laugh out of me. My favorite video will always be the 2023 New Years Meltdown. Starts ranting and screaming around his apartment without even realizing he was still streaming. Makes me wonder how many times hes done this either after streams or on days off.:story:

Despite the hate and the trolls Josh got, a lot of it was out of love even if he didn’t see it. Josh was endearing even in his freakouts. He will be deeply missed man.

I wouldn't say Clint neglected him he just had a very very difficult time trying to manage Cobes and he would get fed up for a little bit. But he was always there for him.

Made the mistake of watching Clint's video a second time, got me pretty tore up so I went and got some Jim Beam Honey and a Monster Import (Josh's favorite), work be damned. Calling it Cobra's Kiss, seems like the silly sort of thing Josh would have called it.
I got to meet Josh twice, the first was at the bus stop in front of Walmart, hollering at him for asking me for a cigarette when I'm not a smoker. The second was almost a decade later for a proper chill sesh. We got drunk, smoked a heady hash infused blunt, took kratom tabs and bullshitted until he passed out a few hours later. It was a rather bizarre evening I'll always cherish. When I got there, he was scared I was a troll come to fuck with him, it took a bit for him to relax and realize I was merely on pilgrimage. The weirdest part of the night was when I was heating up some glow wine in his kitchen. He came around the corner to check on me and I heard a fart. I said alright, I already know he's pretty raunch and it's his house, so whatever and I ignored it. He comes up beside me to check out how I'm heating the wine in a double boiler, like within a foot of me. Then I heard and FELT another fart on my leg. I cracked a smile and said "Dude, what the fuck? I can go if you want".
He smiles a very impish grin and laughs. "Sorry bro, I'm just fucking around", pulling a little fart machine out of his pocket. It was at that moment that the ice was fully broken.
We watched Family Guy and ate pizza that had been sitting out since the night before (was honestly still dank and did not make me sick). At a point he got curious about how I knew of him and where I got his address, which lead to a conversation about Kiwi Farms. TL;DR he knew this is where the good guys congregate. He knew of the work to take down the weens and the general sentiment that people shouldn't be mean to him. He had no resentment towards the forum but didn't want to engage since he was worried it could lead to even more people fucking with him if he did something wrong.
Josh was a very fucking silly guy with a big heart and it makes me sad that he never really got to know how much love there was for him. But the faggot ass weens never took away his desire to be a good dude. He fucking deserved better than being driven to become a trailer hermit due to his fear of getting harassed.

Cobes needs a statue in Casper in his honor, I'd be willing to donate money to that. It wouldn't feel right if he didn't get some kind of monument in that city. #RespectTheDeadToobz

RIP to big Cobes. Only him, FedSmoker, and Marty were the internet personalities I knew people IRL that watched. All 3 gone, 2 this year. Gonna grab a strong drink with one of them after work. He will be remembered as many things, but he will be remembered.
 
Cobes was the only lolcow that I would want to hang out with. He reminded me of several lovable but dense goth friends I had growing up.
