I don’t know if NAL has the mental acuity to put together a poisoning, but there’s substances - sodium nitrite, for example - that are fatal in small amounts (less than 3 grams.)
 
I don't intend to come off as callous but, while it is sad if he's confirmed dead, is it unexpected? Like, I genuinely didn't expect him to live this long. His body is basically made of liquor, duster, and fast food. A lot of people seem to be caught off guard but it's like being surprised a deathfat has a heart attack.

Either way, I'm hoping for the best. And if he is gone, may he rest with puff and annoy Ozzy wherever they may be.

His decline was incredibly rapid. He was fired from Wendy's almost exactly 9 years ago.

9 years from being a quirky idiot, to being dead.
 
I followed Cobes until he got kicked out of the apartment. The Mead brewing arc and NAL getting involved was kino content.

Im wondering if it might of been Methanol poisoning, or Heavy metal leaching( less likely as he used plastic jugs for his hooch concoctions) Leaning more twards Methanol poisoning. methanol poisoning can cause bluish-colored lips, also known as cyanosis. Speculation

At first I kind of thought the "NAL poisoned cobra" thing was cope, but that song by Chopin that she used at the end of the video, I think almost every time I've heard it has been at a funeral service. Sent a chill down my spine for that exact reason. She also added the tag "#ImaPOS" to the title. Still a little far-fetched, but the whole thing has a weird tone to it given that a lot of lily seeds are fairly toxic and she could've easily mislabeled them without the boy knowing.

But I digress.

How is it far-fetched? She put poison in a box of fucking food for a guy who regularly forgets the name of the food he's eating.

Of course not, that doesn't make it less sad, though. Addicts come in all types, most deathfats are insufferable addicts that are mean. Cobes is just a weirdo alcoholic, babys first lolcow, if you will.
Think of it this way, you have a brother that's an alcoholic, you know he's going to die soon.
They're sick, you watch the spiral, and you get a call one day that they're gone. You knew it would happen, expected it, but you still get filled with sorrow, maybe grief, depending on how long it was going on and your closeness to them.
