You need a HIPAA number to obtain ANY information about a patient or decedent. Regardless, the call went out for a coroner. For a place like Casper, no hospital was involved, and fire departments are just as strict about patient/decedent information as hospitals are. It's a matter of federal law restricting the sharing of information.

For the record, I know all about this shit because my grandfather is hospitalized right now, and I couldn't even get his info until my uncle gave me the HIPAA number for my grandpa.
Probably for the better.

So sad if he truly has passed. He probably could have been saved if he had just 1 good friend. Obviously you cant stop him from living full boglim but you cant help but wonder what kind of a difference having just one kind soul would have made. Really hope its not over for him.

Again, the 10-79 was before the report asking who made the call and claiming nobody was there. Someone ITT said they went to the wrong trailer, but I didn't hear anything about that on the full scanner clip and they have yet to give the actual source on this despite me asking. Things just feel off after listening to the full 31 minute dispatch recording.
Agreed. Loathe as I am to clutter the thread up more, I have to say there's just too much we don't know. There being confusion about who called the "10-79", and no one being at the home or around the trailer is suspicious. Unless it was the quickest removal to a morgue that ever happened?
All we actually know is that ambulance services were dispatched to his address and found no one was home. I didn't hear anything about a wrong address, and I think it's safe to assume emergency services have enough experience communicating about and getting to the correct address. I'm holding out hope that he's alright.

We do not have concrete 100% proof he is dead, but we have a confirmed call from emergency services saying a cop was in cobes trailer calling for a coroner for a stiff blue carp lipped boglim past the point of CPR. The guy has been killing himself for the last decade, while I don't want it to be true, it probably is.
was that his known address?

From the same call around, 13:20. Cop says he is on the scene, says cobras address, asks who called it in and that nobody is home. Did someone call in a fake emergency?

Is the prince of darkness still alive?

I declare 8/21 National Don't Brush Your Teeth Day, let you teeth get Gothic bad boy black for cobes

HEADPHONE WARNING!

Bad news guys. When they say 377 called 10-79, that means a LEO on scene (377) issued the call for a coroner at the location. Fuck, this sucks. RIP Cobes, you'll be missed. This is MDNWU.
Starting 1:41
Fire: "We need to clarify who called 10-79, cause we're at 111 North Forrest Unit 27 and no one's home"
Dispact: "It would be 377, and they're at 111 North Forrest Lot 27"

377 is most likely the LEO who was first on scene.

Google maps doesn't really know where lot 27 is. So maybe Fire used gps to get to the location and just assumed the wrong trailer.

But in that part of the call. THE part of the call. Dispatch states that 377 called in the 10-79 and is currently at the address, meaning Fire was at the wrong address.

Imagine hes okay and somehow sees the outpour of love for him and feels maybe a little bit better.

Wyoming is especially tight lipped, everyone there is... a little off.
Casper especially. They're not even 30 minutes across for the town, and wverything very much has a "everyone here is either brain damaged or irradiated to hell" vibe if you've ever gone there.
