I mean 10-79 after his last sighting was on facebook even though his youtube is active (so directed at his family) to do something he never does, which is describe the symptoms of whatever illness he is going through, clearly in discomfort and pain seems like a done deal.

Name, location (room), general condition is information you should be able to get. HIPAA is your medical condition and care. It's not like hospitals are CIA black sights that you go in and are dead to the world.

Again, the 10-79 was before the report asking who made the call and claiming nobody was there. Someone ITT said they went to the wrong trailer, but I didn't hear anything about that on the full scanner clip and they have yet to give the actual source on this despite me asking. Things just feel off after listening to the full 31 minute dispatch recording.

We do not have concrete 100% proof he is dead, but we have a confirmed call from emergency services saying a cop was in cobes trailer calling for a coroner for a stiff blue carp lipped boglim past the point of CPR. The guy has been killing himself for the last decade, while I don't want it to be true, it probably is.

You need a HIPAA number to obtain ANY information about a patient or decedent. Regardless, the call went out for a coroner. For a place like Casper, no hospital was involved, and fire departments are just as strict about patient/decedent information as hospitals are. It's a matter of federal law restricting the sharing of information.

For the record, I know all about this shit because my grandfather is hospitalized right now, and I couldn't even get his info until my uncle gave me the HIPAA number for my grandpa.
