How hard they do it depends on how. If it was their mistake, or an innocent mistake, they're pretty lenient about it. They might reduce it slightly until it evens out.

If it's actual fraud, they will fuck you savagely, partly to make an example because most people get away with it. They even sometimes go after you criminally. Josh probably has enough tard armor not to end up that way, but they can be pretty merciless and do anything civil up to and including cutting you off entirely and going after anything you do have.

I think it is because if you google his address it would show you a different unit down the street, google maps had his park mapped wrong. I do not know if it fixed this, I had only googled it when he doxed himself upon moving there. It would default to a unit across the street a few units down, but if you went into street view and backtracked looking at the unit numbers on the building you could find his unit. He luckily only has one neighbor (as he is on the corner lot), but I guess it is kind of interesting that the google car has been by since he moved in.

They don't need to do any of that to get their money back and for Cobra to get fucked. If he gets reported, they will probably do an audit, which isn't difficult for them to do. Josh making more money than is allowed without any malicious intent is enough for him to get cut off, or at the very least receive a letter telling him that he owes the government money. My main point here is that if they went the SSI/SSDI route with the government tattle-tailing then it would have way more consequences than if they reported him to the IRS. I doubt that Josh even makes enough to require filing a tax return even with his super chat and wand money.

Without being a dick, if the paper doesn't add up they are doing an investigation. They get his disability paperwork, they review the income forms, and then look for blantant examples of being over or fraud. When someone is driving a lambo, participating in dead lift championships around the country and claiming too sick too work and need disability, they makes it easy to present to a US Attorney -- which allows them to get subpoena power to look at bank records. Then they get fucked.

This is actually how they investigate this shit.

In cobes case, they look and see he lives like he is poor, maybe gets some donations that go over, but nothing is too blantant to go after.

Hands down the biggest guartantee is they only investigate shit that is 100k+ in fraud. So unless random audit, he is safe and even then only gets check yanked or pee pee smacked and told don't go over.

I wonder how long until we get to see what the sign on the door says?
