Well, if it makes you feel better there is a zero chance of the IRS going after Cobes. I work in an adajcent field and they have high-thresholds for what they actually have resources to investigate. So he might get referred but they look into him and see he lives in a low-income housing, makes almost zero money, lives like a poor person, and a simple search shows he is a mentally ill alcoholic. He gets the money for being disabled and that takes about 3 seconds of looking and listening to him to confirm it. The people they are hunting for are getting money for numerous fraudlent accounts -- and the ones faking disability are simply called in for an examine or money gets yanked. Also, pretty sure Papa Nips claims him as a dependent or is a guardian of some type to make sure he doesn't get jammed up with actual adult problems.
