I think he has been drinking since he was a teen. Probably because Ozzy used to drink or some dumb shit.

cobes enjoys doing 'bad boy' things. 'bad boy' is whatever he defines it as, but generally defined as things clint tells him not to do (smoking, drinking, duster, not bathing, not brushing teeth) its mostly his ODD manifest.
 
The funniest/saddest part of Cobes dying is he will be mumbling in a hospital bed about how he was a hardcore rock and roll star and this is what happens when you live so fast (see: not brushing your teeth, fuck the man).

I'd say it's a coin flip who will die first. Ozzy or Cobra? One is a legitimate famous rockstar and the other is a millionaire with high quality medical care.
 
I don't remember who said it ( I think maybe it was on a SnakeBones episode) but if you watch someone on the Internet and get mad it's time to step away and touch grass.

Along with the already mentioned bad boy/ODD stuff- being autistic as shit, drinking and being drunk probably helped him mellow out in a way few things did up until that point, and he probably became used to having his "feel good drink" when it was available.

this has been brought up before but honestly he could live for many years to come or he could die tomorrow. the things that are wrong with him that we know of are generally slow killers. but the effects are for sure starting to show. i would say his biggest risks right now are choking on vomit while black out drunk or falling and hitting his head.

its also possible he might just catch a simple cold and die because his body is unable to fight it and keep everything else under control. all it takes is a high fever and hes done for. so realistically its hard to really guess but i have faith in the BOY and i think he has at least like 3 or so years left.

really just depends on what happens next and if he ever gets an infection. because the second he gets something that goes to his blood stream its over.
