Having been there before, I would assume that if he's drinking handles at a time of cheap vodka he's probably reached the point of withdrawals rather than hangovers when he stops. They are extremely hellish and potentially fatal; I agree with everyone above who said it's getting sad to watch.

I've heard that homeless people are often driven to substance abuse because being homeless makes you feel awful all the time, so drugs and drinking will make you feel less awful. I bet Cobe's teeth hurt, he might hurt a lot without a drink. Do you think he could ever quit drinking?
I used to drink a fair bit but then I hit my 30s and just kinda stopped. No real reason. Just didn't want to anymore.

He's already out of the hospital and probably back on the sauce again. I guess they figured out his medical condition was lack of insurance or something.
 
NAL and the glass tapper invasion after 2022 were the final nails in the Cobra coffin. The constant weening, duster and booze binges and NAL's abuse completely broke him and turned the boglim into the sad, tormented creature that he is in 2025. Even his music reflects his current state because one of the songs on his last album was literally called "Drinking and Dying Alone". Deep down, he's aware of it all.

The people who called Cobes boring in 2021 look silly now. '21 was a veritable golden age of Cobra content vs the slop we're getting these days.
 
My new favorite thing about Josh is he has to spend the first 15 seconds of every video trying to prop up the phone.

The only glass tapping moments I've ever approved of was when someone sent him a shirt with a nude of Warlord plastered on the front of it, the Donald Trump letter thanking him for using his magic to defeat ISIS and the culmination of the glitter bombs where someone tricked him into thinking they had sent him Cuban cigars. The countless DoorDash orders were never funny and the constant text messages have only served to ruin the content.

In general, I've hated the doordash orders. I never found it funny to send drivers to Cobra's place to ignore Cobra's signs and bang on the door just to give him some nonsense like packs of tampons and bags of potatoes. It was annoying to see and it fucked with the content.

The sauce sandwich, garlic butter cups, and cat food ones are my only exceptions because of Cobra's reaction to them. I still think about and re-watch the cat food burger video once a month.

Absolutely one of the funniest moments in the Cobraverse. His genuine belief he both helped to defeat a terrorist organization and received thanks directly from the American President, is so fucking funny.

Fellas I have to confess. Maybe I’m a sadist but even though I know it was grim I still found the latest sandwich video hilarious. Like I get it, it’s probably not a laughing matter. I probably shouldn’t be laughing and yet when he was drunkenly slurring and begging the sandwich not to fall apart on him or when he kept literally biting off more than he can chew and gagging on and coughing up bits of sandwich I was howling with laughter. Everybody is all doom and gloom like this is some tragedy to be sad over and I’m just over here like “oh hey” kind of thing.

I’ve watched Cobes for a long time and I’ve watched the Bogification and the rot but it doesn’t make me sad at all. He’s gotten to the point where he’s too retarded to eat a sandwich and you can look at it two ways: that’s sad. Or that’s fucking hilarious. Me? I think it’s the latter. It’s absurd! It’s comedic! He’s fucked himself so thoroughly he can’t even eat a sandwich right! Cobes doesn’t care. His family doesn’t care. Why the hell should anybody else?

Don’t be all in your feelings or go make a 4 hour video essay about the tragedy of josh’s life and turn this shit into a sob story. Of course you shouldn’t be wishing harm on him and you should want things to turn around but still. Sit back. Relax. Enjoy what’s left of the ride. If it starts feeling too much for you remember the most important bit of boglim wisdom. “It is what it is, Toobz.”
