Since they've nubbed down to the gum, that would mean he's going to need actual dental surgery, right? I seriously don't understand how this isn't an alarm for big Clint. Even me seeing it makes me feel bad and like it needs to be addressed asap. I'm not under the impression that Clint doesn't care and just bare minimum keeps him alive like some are. So it makes me wonder why he's not scrambling to figure it out. Maybe Cobra is terrified of the dentist and it becomes a legendary sperg out anytime it's brought up.

my man bought cobes a fucking home for 40 grand (there's probably a loan involved, but still). he's a small time associate professor at a midwest community college, can he really drop another pile of money on fake teeth that cobra will inevitably ruin in a year or two?

Maybe not but at the very least he will be in excruciating pain soon and the infections can even kill you. I'm sure medicaid in Wyoming would do emergency extractions.
