I seriously wonder what bank Cobra uses doot. Most banks charge heavy overdraft fees and you would imagine Clint dad would have looked for one that either doesn't charge them by now, doesn't allow overdrafts by now, or has some special exemption for him being retarded. We will probably never know but damn he has to be keeping that bank in business with the overdraft fees.

But yeah you answered your own question. Boy probably has negative credit with how often he overdrafts but a few hundred bucks in overdrafts plus the relatively small fee isn't so bad compared to the multiple tens of thousands he would get himself into debt with an ethereal magic card that can buy anything right now with no regard for the future.Now that I say that I'm giggling thinking about all the batshit insane shit he'd debtmaxx for. Break the content loop and post the most ridiculous thing you'd think he would buy or do with a credit card with a maxed out spending limit.

Sometimes I wish someone would send Cobes a HelloFreah box (or something similar) to see if he’d follow the recipe (unlikely), or just make a food hack combining all the ingredients from all the meal kits (more likely). It’s been a while since we’ve seen a real food hack, and I’d like to see his reaction to getting things that aren’t all pre made or pre chopped.
 
To be fair , Cobes is most likely in the ChexSystem -- I forget my history if he's ever had a non co Clint account. Like the Wendy's days where he had two accounts.

With no income he could get like a CWC Fingerhut account which would promptly go to collections.

Don't forget, Josh does not understand the value of a dollar or a unit of work. Green stamps are just something he gets handed to him and they go out faster than they come in. He has never had to be responsible. Well again harking back to the Wendy's saga. He was mildly responsible on getting his bills paid but this is a guy who for all intents and purposes has not had to really bear The brunt of the responsibility for his actions. CWC understands money a bit better. Actually a lot better. I'll stop sperging.

Yes. Cobra does not have access to a card because the brief moment he did he blew his entire tugboat and had nothing for rent. Clint immiedately took all control and Cobra only has access to a savings account that is a joint account owned by clint. This is why he only has a paypal card because if he wants to spend money it has to be from paypigs from his paypal account.

TLDR: Cobra does not have a credit card or direct access to his tugboat because he will spend all of his rent money on pizza, chaturbate, and booze so Clint wisely took complete control of his tax payer income.

ETA: Cobra is too retarded to apply for a credit card himself, so unless someone else does it for him or it magically appears in his possession, it will never happen because Clint or Tanis would never give him that responsibility.

He uses Clint's joint account at bank of america which is why he gets rinsed with overdraft fees. For some reason Clint is too retarded, lazy, or just doesn't give a fuck to get him an account at a better bank that won't even let him overdraft like a local credit union or at the very least not fuck him over in fees.

- Serious Medical Issue. While I don't want Josh to go through with that his teeth, alcoholism and duster use to going to bite him eventually.
- Ozzy passing away leading to the craziest stream of all time and an endless supply of Ozzy cover uploads with Cobes sobbing uncontrollably.
- Gets involved with another girl that is just as bad if not worse than NAL.

I hope for the last one to be true at the first part but not the second part. Get him a nice girl. Maybe a lil crazy but something to get us content without beating herself for him wanting to use a pan that she doesn't want him to use would he nice. The other two feel like dice rolls at this point.

Counter question: why would he need one?
Cobes blows through money, and I think he would reach the credit limit fast, so having the brakes of a debit card is better for him.

We know how he would react, when he still had hair he had access to his tugboat, he blew the entire thing on tobacco, booze, and food for literal bums. Clint called him up and told him he had no money for rent, Cobra claimed it was a mistake he thought it was his "savings" account, Clint learned his lesson and took his card away. It's archived somewhere on bitesizes channel. He would do the same thing today.

Cobra is a literal retard and he cannot add 5+5 without a calculator. If he has $100 to spend in paypal then he clearly can order a $80 pizza and $50 box of booze, because 80 and 50 is less than 100.... right? That is exactly what he does.
