Personally, I'm an incredibly soft faggot and I've always had a tiiiny, tiiny naive nugget of hope for him. That he could suddenly find the motivation to turn things around, find a job, fix the bike, get a sheboglim to love and make juans on the side because he'd rekindle the spark of magic inside his heart.
It's true that he's a vindictive little shit, his brain is stuck in 12 year old-mode permanently and children are very impulsive in the way they react to things. And it's true that he's spewed some fucking vile shit at people either because they dared tell him no or he felt personally attacked because his boundaries got crossed.

I think, personally, I can't see him as all too evil because compared to how dark other cows have been with their actions Josh is nothing. The worst Josh has done is what Cyraxx is doing every other night. It helps Jord too that he's actually charming in some fucked up way, he's more Adult Swim cartoon than man in how he acts and lives.
 
This one's difficult to confirm or disprove. Could Cobes be capable of doing it? Definitely. As others have said, he's vindictive as hell and this isn't the first woman he's tried to get revenge on. Would he? Hard to say. He seemed pretty up-in-arms about the whole thing, but as usual, the smartest thing to do is wait. Josh can't help but talk about his own deeds. If he did it, it's only a few videos away from coming out mid-drink-combo-video.
Much as Josh is capable and likely willing, I don't know if he's this hypocritical. Only time will really tell, I think.
