Well since all the tourists are here. This is your reminder that he'll still take her back in a heartbeat if she shows up with half a handle of bottom shelf vodka and flashing her dick nipple flapjack tits or rancid Wendy's STD cooter. Even if the cops are called he'll still let the demon back in and tell the police that everything is fine now.

People also need to remember he was only 21 when Cobra was born. So not only was he a father to a special-needs child but also one who hadn't even graduated college yet and had at best entry-level income on top of it. The whole situation was very difficult, compounded by the fact he lives in the middle of bumfuck nowhere Wyoming.

On top of that, back then Wyoming and the Dakotas were in bad shape due to the oil bust and had been declining for a while. The past 20 have been some of the best in history for this part of the country.
 
I don't think it's been properly said how much of an alpha chad move it is for when Cobes gets the news that his psycho bogwitch ex is threatening to kill him, his first move is to turn on the camera while not wearing a shirt, casually have a drink, and basically say "COME FUCKING GET ME YOU WHORE" :story:

Can you file a restraining order on behalf of another person? I was told you can't file police reports on behalf of someone else, do restraining orders work the same way?
Like Clint can file a restraining order against Jessica to make her stay away from Clint, but not Cobes, and Cobes would have to file on his own behalf.
What are the rules?

Could he put his and Cobes address down if his name is on the trailer? So she’s banned from both locations?

Just a thought. No idea really how it works.

I feel like this is correct but also since casper PD knows clint and josh so well they may make the process as simple as possible

A quick search suggests that in Wyoming it may be possible to file on Cobra's behalf because of his disability. Although I'm not familiar with American law or protection orders, if Clint owns the trailer would he possibly be able to file one for himself keeping her away from the manufactured bogden?

ETA: Upon further reading since Jessica lives out-of-state it could be difficult to get a judge to approve it.

Since it is multi jurisdictioNAL, chances are the courts and police won't do much. Not that they can't, but there would need to be so much back and forth between the courts/police in both localities that it just won't happen. Let's be honest, police want to work as little as possible, and unless the crime is happening right in front of them they typically don't do a hell of a lot about it.

I think what they want is a order of protection from what I read even in wyoming its alot easier to get and she doesn't have to be in state

The courts won’t do much because no one takes female on male violence and abuse seriously. I mean, courts are pretty apathetic even when it comes to male on female violence, but when the situation is reverse, they really don’t give a shit. Especially when it happens among the bottom rungs of society. Maybe if some rich dude got abused, they’d move their asses, but in this situation, it’s just some trailer park drama.
