They could do it post trick or treating, but it takes too much time to find the house based on outside details then call them up and have a whole conversation about Josh when Josh's trick or treat interaction takes like a minute. That's an exhausting and futile endeavour. They can certainly try but in one hour they'll give up.

If this was done by some of us who are a little older and little more intelligent I'd say it could be effective, there's a way to do this effectively but these people are fucking zoomies with retard brains.
