My guess is he has to wait for clint to find the time to come over and make it. Kind of skeptical he does any wandmaking if he's buying 90 dollar wands for himself.

The only question darf needs to answer is why the fuck did he have thousands of dollars worth of girl scout cookies and why the fuck did he donate them to the police department and not a food bank or woman’s shelter?

In I remeber correctly, this was around the George Floyd incident. Darf just wanted to show his support and solidarity to Casper's finest the only way he knows how.
It would be funnier if he gave them chainmail armor, though.

Don’t pay his utility bills. Don’t drive him to Post office to get his fan shipped booze and duster. Don’t buy him groceries. Don’t pay his phone bill or internet…

Cobes would throw a fit in his dark, no water or internet having trailer. But it would def challenge his idea of being a fully independent retard.
