Angry Grandpa died in 2017 and if I remember correctly the Ellen stuff started in 2019ish when Josh bought Walt/Angie Christmas dinner. I'm not sure of the exact timeline of when Ellen first entered his life but just based on the timeline it would seem he is indeed claiming Ellen was his girlfriend because to my knowledge he wasn't involved with any other females during this time period. Unless he is talking about that girl he dated for a week that Scrapper Steve stole but I'm not sure on the timeline of that.

In this case Josh is referring to Summer, a girl he dated for around two months. Summer was also the girl who initially tattooed "OZZY" onto his knuckles, and was a furry. Scrapper Steve tried to get with Summer under the guise of starting a fursuit business because Steve was a furry as well (and a zoophile), but Homeboy Scotty called him out on it. Josh started beefing with Steve and eventually things simmered down.
Summer left after Troles hacked her Facebook and deleted photos of her only child. They also sent her very obviously doctored photos of Josh fucking a gay gigolo, but that's secondary, honestly.

Summer, that's who I was thinking of. I can never remember her name. Timeline matches up with when Angry Grandpa died so that's definitely who he was talking about.

I’d take that with a huge grain of salt. Josh obsesses over girls and admits to harassing them in highschool so he’s not innocent by any means. But the information about Alicia being dead is way too bizarre. Josh told that info when he was extremely worked up thr night of the Warlord fight. What he said was that Clint and Tannis told him on his birthday that Alicia had committed suicide because his trolls bullied her but that her parents didn’t blame him for it. That’s insane. That’s way different than saying she happened to be dead leave her alone.

It makes no sense. Josh obviously has an unhealthy obsession with her but if he was contacting or harassing like you’re saying he’d know how to reach her and would easily be able to see that she was still alive. When Josh said she was dead the losers in the discord call just googled her name and saw she was active on fb and instagram and alive. So are we meant to believe that Josh was obsessively stalking her and harassing her through fb and instagram (she doesn’t live in Casper) so badly that Clint had to make up an elaborate story about her suicide and hope that Josh, what? Doesn’t check her instagram page? Like Josh in his obsession wouldn’t immediately go to her instagram to cry and jack off to her pics while ranting to himself about how much he hates his trolls? They think the guy obsessing over this woman so bad they need to tell him she’s dead in the hope he stops will just what? Immediately drop it and never lurk her social media for any reason? Why make such an elaborate lie that immediately falls apart

Elaborate? They essentially pulled the hey kiddo, Rex isn't going to be around anymore, we took him to a farm upstate so he could run around with other doggos.

Josh rebels against things his parents get on his case about, but he is extremely obedient when Clint does hey bud sit downs with him. A perfect example is Josh and the electric griddle, where he lashed out at Jessica because he isn't allowed to use the stove (probably a good idea following the fry oil episode), and I can imagine Clint having a heartfelt talk with him about that and that they don't want anything happening to him or his neighbors.

You can assume with them telling him she died, that it was done in a very sympathetic, arm around his shoulder, hey bud, we got some bad news kind of way. Yeah I know you loved her, buddy. And his reaction would be to just believe them and to cry like a girl for days about it. His reaction to finding out she is alive was genuinely 'tard shock.
 
Yea I'm gonna have to agree that his reaction on the discord call seems way too genuine to be fabricated. I'm inclined to think clint did have a heartfelt sit down with him and that's why he seemed so genuinely hurt and betrayed when he was told she was alive.
 
Josh ain’t obedient to Clint when he sits him down for a heartfelt talk you goober or he’d be brushing his fucking teeth.

Where has it ever been confirmed or stated that Josh isn’t “allowed” to use the stove. As far as I’m aware that’s pure conjecture people cooked up as a potential reasoning by people with no evidence to back it up.

I’m not saying he didn’t believe she was dead I’m saying that I don’t buy that Clint made up a lie that she killed herself because Josh’s trolls bullied her so that Josh would stop stalking her socials, those same socials that he would likely lurk after she died and immediately see that she was alive. It’s more likely to me that Josh was delusional and out of touch with reality. Much like how he believed that she goes around saying she regrets rejecting him in highschool now that he’s a “YouTube celebrity” it’s just in his head. Or that when he creepily leered at her in highschool and she’d get mad and demand he stopped staring at her breasts she secretly liked it and was intentionally posing to show off her breasts just for him. Josh is fucking delusional. He suffers from genuine delusions. He has trouble distinguishing fantasy and reality. His Apple Music was lagging and wouldn’t play a song and he immediately jumped to the conclusion the trolls had hacked into his phone and were controlling his Apple Music to fuck with him. It’s more likely to me he was suffering from paranoid delusions than Clint thinking it’s a good idea to tell him the girl he’s obsessed with committed suicide as if that’ll somehow make it any better.

I don't know if he's ever gone into just HOW he makes these look so ugly but to me it looks like he just stamps the schizo circles on with discarded cans. One stamp for every drink he had when Jessica was over tmdwu.
