Side question, has there been a recent teeth update from Cobra? The bottoms were looking rough in the last few videos but I haven't paid attention to the top.

Squatting in abandoned properties is illegal, right? Does she really think she's gonna break into an abandoned place, and not get reported on by the people that watch her? I know she's retarded but this is "I need a helmet" retarded.

I dunno man, "squatters rights" are getting absolutely insane. Depending on WYs laws and NALs knowledge of the game, she might be harder to remove than some might think.

It's still relatively warm in Casper, but not for long. Maybe moving out conveniently before it gets cold will be her "in" to move in with Josh, since he won't leave her outside to Puff's fate

A quick Google search indicates that in order to obtain squatter's rights via adverse possession, you need to pay the land's property tax exclusively for 10 years amongst other stipulations that NAL would definitely qualify for(namely notoriety of ownership). But 10 years uninterupted? Some troles could crowdfund SJC in that time easily.
Or, you know, the owner could just pay the property tax. I'm sure Jessica wouldn't have any problems paying property tax on a crack shack either.

States like Wyoming and Texas aren't big on squatter's rights. Large, densely populated states are usually more friendly to that, like California where it's only 5. In Texas, it's 30 years.

I don't see her paying property taxes on it for one thing. But yes if you just let randos hunker down on your property for years on end you risk losing it.

If she occupies the property for 10 years, starting from the date where it’s very apparent to the public that she lives there and everybody knows but doesn’t give a shit? She can file a claim for adverse possession of the property.

This is the only saving grace. She says a lot of shit, but unless someone actually does it for her, she isn't going to do anything but cry and piss in her attic. Her IQ is barely above Cobes', and she has no motivation to do anything. Let's not forget she has no money to travel back to Casper, let alone have the mental capability to go to a bank and ask for a house credit. I think it's just sad BPD whore talk. Unless someone pays for it, and gives her the keys, she will never do it. That being said, I 100% believe she would take a one-way trip to Casper (if it was paid for) and be homeless, just to manipulate the boy into letting her stay in forever. That was her plan this time and it failed, I'm glad the boy sent her packing back to fucking Virginia Beach. I'm still waiting for the inevitable pregnancy arc, though.

I really hope Clint steps up. The boy will never be able to actually go to the courthouse to file a complaint, let alone follow the correct procedures. But Clint is a normal person, I'm sure he'll be able to. I mean, there's no shortage of evidence that this fucking sag hag is causing him major psychological damage, so there's definitely a case there.
