A thyroid problem, one that's causing that king of goiter and balding? That also fucks up fertility. Those two facts, together with her being 40 make it slim odds of her conceiving.

Not a woman so what the fuck do I know, but @anliteralidiot makes good points. She's got a lot of things working against her. Not to mention the condition our BOYs swimmers are probably in. He never eats real food, drinks all day, and smokes all day. All 3 can be linked to low sperm production. Also I think it's worth mentioning that he cranks it a few times a day at least, and when she's there it seems like they're fucking all the time. His loads can't be that big to begin with.

However I do worry about how the universe operates when it comes to shit like this. Good people who could provide a loving, caring home sometimes can't get pregnant for various reasons, or simply choose to not have kids. Meanwhile awful people that should not be procreating seem to have litters of kids. I hope they're both infertile, or if they do get pregnant that NAL isn't a retard and takes care of it, and the State steps in right away to take the kid away.
 
I hope going forward there's a rule in the Cobes community. If you do anything nice for NAL you get the same target on your back as Cyrax's supporters do. She's clearly blackmailing cobra and making him hurt himself through her manipulation. If that's not crossing a line I don't know what is.

At first he probably wanted to see if his son could somehow get a job and a place and live independently, which he kind of did in the wendys era before he became a full blown lolcow. Cobra wasn't nearly as much of a mushbrained retard 8 years ago as he is now and he could hold the occasional low level job.

After that Josh got somewhat (in)famous online and it might look bad on Clint sending his son to a group home, Clint has tried to communicate with josh's fans a few times and prove he's a good father. plus I'm sure a part of him wants his son to be happy and productive no matter how delusional that belief is. The situation Josh is in now is kind of like when a grandparent that used to be strong and capable in your youth starts getting dementia and you deny their decline and like to think they're still fine until something really bad happens, then you're forced to put them in a home.

And we all know cobra would rather Be homeless than be forced to live in a grouphome where they won't let him get wasted on booze and duster every day.

Just because she's getting it doesn't mean she isn't functionally infertile. We also don't know if they're normal periods, and if she gets them on time. This is gross, so I'm digressing myself.
Periods don't mean shit.
Hell, even if she spawns in Jason, there's also a higher chance of miscarriage because she's so old, and drinks, and does drugs.
