In his right mind he knows at least since Feburary, when his first "I'm done" video was, that she is emotionally manipulative and trying to make him feel sorry for her, but he is prone to do so still.

It would surprise me, if he, when confronted with a real life, apparently tame and beaten down Jessica, would be able to control his actions effectively enough. Let her just come up with a "getting closure" talk. Just one more time etc.

They'll cite her for trespassing or something similar and if it she doesn't comply escalate it. They're not going to arrest her first or risk a potential DV situation or worse by not acting. Even a cursory look at her shows this is someone who isn't mentally stable and is likely a danger to the resident.

The cops know him well enough to know it's no bullshit toobz if he or Clint calls them.
