Cobes isn't even really like his friends though outside of loving weed and booze. He's never once been arrested, he has no children out of wedlock, he isn't throwing piss on cops he's not at all the white trash people like Warlord are.
Cobes actually got arrested around Christmas of 2022 because he was walking around drunk. I believe Clint and the cops talked it out and said that the best course of action was to put him in jail for the night (someone could correct me on that part).

They actually agreed to send him to another place. I think a homeless shelter with a place for people to dry out. However it turns out that place was full and Clint had peaced out right quick after talking to the police officer so they just took him to the drunk tank instead. It's in the police report.

the option was a psych evaluation; not inpatient treatment (also, it's 72 hrs stay. they could have just sent him to ICU and let the booze get out of his system). tbh, he wouldn't been committed. I think they wanted him to talk to a therapist/ social worker to calm him down and let the booze leave his system.

That's why it was such a shame that he couldn't see a social worker. His initial contact could have been with the kind of person who could identify a stray retard without judicial consequences.
