Broke Cobra was best Cobra. His lack of money kept him from being a full on wetbrain drunk and also forced him to leave his apartment if he needed to buy liquor or food because Doordash is spendy as fuck.

I like to think of him like wildlife that was injured as a baby and raised by someone with good intentions but lacking proper training. After being removed from two apartment complex habitats he's been released into this trailer habitat and is hiding in his shelter responding to click bait Facebook posts like the other inhabitants.
